Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged.

• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.

Return Process

• Include your order number and the reason for return in your message.

• Once your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Refunds

• After inspecting the returned item, if approved, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• However, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, we will cover the return shipping fee.

Exchanges

• We do not currently offer direct exchanges..

• If you would like a different item, please return your current order and place a new order.
