Personal Data Protection Notice

As ZİVOD, we attach great importance to the processing and protection of your personal data in compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”). We would like to inform our customers regarding the collection, processing, transfer of personal data, and your rights under the Law.

1. Methods of Collecting Personal Data

As ZİVOD, in our capacity as data controller, within the scope of our legal obligations arising from the legislation; we may collect your personal data orally, in writing, or electronically through our website, social media channels, mobile applications, call centers, or similar means in order to:

  • shared or transferred to third parties such as business partners, suppliers, auditors, authorized public institutions, or other relevant parties domestically or abroad (if necessary and provided that sufficient security measures are taken).

We may process your personal data to ensure you can benefit from our services, inform you about campaigns (with your consent), record your feedback, improve service standards, and determine and implement ZİVOD business strategies, always in accordance with the Law and applicable legislation.

ZİVOD will respond to the following requests from data subjects:

  2. To request information if their personal data has been processed,

  3. To learn the purpose of processing and whether it has been used in accordance with the purpose,

  4. To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,

  5. To request correction if personal data is incomplete or inaccurate,

  6. To request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions stipulated by the Law,

  7. To request notification of corrections or deletions to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

  8. To object to results obtained by analyzing processed data exclusively through automated systems if it is to their detriment,

  9. To request a copy of their personal data.

Privacy and Security
